Shipping and Returns Policy

The shipping service we use is USPS. Depending on your location in the US, shipping time could take anywhere from 2-5 business days. You will be getting a tracking number once your order has shipped.
B Jewels is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged by the courier.
All sales are Final. There are no returns or exchanges except for when an item has an issue. Please send us a message and a picture through instagram, email, or our website within 48 hours of receiving the product and we'll get it taken care of as soon as possible.
